The restaurant La Pergola in Rome gets a makeover thanks to the Parisian studio Jouin Manku. This paradise of fine dining, the only one in the city with three Michelin stars, shines in a precious Alcantara jewel box that covers walls, sound-absorbing panels, and ceilings. A true visual and chromatic revolution that propels the restaurant led by Heinz Beck into the future.

Manku redesigned the spaces with light and harmonious lines, to enclose every design element in a warm and enveloping luxury box made of Alcantara. In the main area, Alcantara, travertine, terracotta, and silk blend together like a dance. The shades that cover the ceilings and walls are Terracotta (a particular shade created specifically for this project), Camel, Rust, and Amber Glow. A color palette inspired by the natural tones of the Eternal City. Just consider that the Terracotta shades were created specifically for this project and make the environment unique and sophisticated: perfectly in harmony with the legendary mise en place and menus of the Roman restaurant.
