Theo Dales, co-founder of the project, had the idea to offer property owners the opportunity to transform a parcel of their land into an eco-lodge. With the help of Koto Design, the team came up with these cabin-like rooms with integrated furniture that can be mounted and made functional in less than six months. These lodges also allow a hotel operator to come in and use their brand if they want to. The prefabricated rooms are built with materials sourced locally and feature the latest innovations in terms of sustainability.
