Certainly familiar with the work of the renowned Italian designer, we had seen multiple watch collections of his. Yet, so far, in our opinion, a genuine manufacturing dimension was lacking. The world-famous brand had thus to lean on some reference in order to propose its vision of the passing of time. Contrastingly, Parmigiani Fleurier was facing the opposing situation. Unknown to the general public yet praised by aficionados, the Swiss watch manufacturer produces marvellous watches but unfortunately remains a little under the radar. Their collaboration seemed perfectly suited, and a chance to prove that haute couture and haute horlogerie can form a very good partnership. This beautiful genderless case, equipped with a moon phase and a guilloché, is living proof. Why the “11” you may ask? It is a reference to the designer’s historic address in via Borgonuovo, Milan.
