By cleverly recycling the uniforms of sales teams to transform them into textile bricks used in the design of its storefront, Chaumet killed two birds with one stone. With the help of the company Fabbrick, a company specialized in the recycling of textiles to use them as construction material, the jeweler of Place Vendôme proves that one can reconcile luxury and ethics. The idea came while contemplating the stock of nearly 700 used jackets and white shirts of Chaumet’s staff. After their first life as regular clothing, a second one, more unexpected, awaited them, and FabBRICK is an expert in the field. With nearly 5 tons of fabrics already recycled in bricks for offices or homes, they have mastered the process. It results in textured, vibrant, silky bricks, perfectly suited to the jewellery universe. These splendid storefronts are worth a visit!
