Duvetica releases a collaborative capsule with the sequel AVATAR. The collection, launched simultaneously worldwide on December 9, was created with the film, which is being released 13 years after AVATAR 1. Result of a year of work by Duvetica’s creative team, the collection is divided into two parts inspired by the two main landmarks in the world of Pandora: ‘Above Water: Bay of Ancestors’ and ‘Below Water: Tree of Spirits’. These cinematic universes are incorporated into the print’s motifs, as well as Duvetica’s signature colour palette. The aim of the collection is to emphasize the values conveyed by the film, such as celebrating the multidimensionality of the family and growth and coexistence with nature. The ‘Bocchetto’ blouson down jacket is also reversible, a metaphor for the ‘Above & Below’ concept of the collection. The range of outerwear then includes ‘Sadamelik’, a short-sleeved down jacket with an integral zip. Last but not least, the capsule collection includes a variety of ready-to-wear products ranging from hoodies and t-shirts to accessories such as hats and bags.
