Have you ever felt nostalgic about long, slow train rides? With their leisurely pace and rocking sound, older trains are dearly missed. To remedy this situation, the Orient Express entrusted the Milanese studio Dimore Studio to blend this old-fashioned elegance with modern comfort. Inspired by Italian design and the 1960s, the 18 suites and 12 cabins received much attention. The train features exceptional decor which blends the traditional aesthetics of luxury trains with a contemporary edge. In addition to the suites, the lounge and the restaurant run by three-starred chef Heinz Beck allow guests to experience more of the famous Italian hospitality.
