The new watch, inspired by the organic and fluid forms of nature, blends the visionary universe of artist Daniel Arsham with the mastery of Swiss watchmaking by Hublot. Its name is Arsham Droplet, a limited-edition superwatch conceived and designed by the American artist for the maison. Nature is the driving force behind it, especially the typical landscapes of Iceland, where Arsham relocated for some time to find inspiration. Produced in only ninety-nine pieces, the Arsham Droplet, named for its distinctive rounded drop-shaped case, is made of titanium, rubber, and sapphire crystal. It features an ergonomic design that fits perfectly on the wrist and is equipped with two titanium chains, each with Hublot’s patented “one-click” system for easy attachment. “Arsham Droplet is a true testament to the power of collaboration,” explains the New York artist, currently exhibiting until September 15th at the Chiesa di Santa Caterina in Venice. “By combining Hublot’s technical expertise with my artistic vision, we have created a timepiece that transcends the traditional pocket watch, merging past, present, and future in a captivating and unexpected way.” In Italy, the Arsham Droplet is available at a price of 92,000 euros.
