Now more than ever, hotels have to tell a story. This particular story begins in the early 2000s when Vitor Borges and Franck Laigneau discovered the Alentejo region in Portugal. From the start, they felt a strong connection to this land, and quickly cultivated the idea to install their own hotel there. With rolling countryside and the sea nearby, the hotel offers exquisite interior design as well as local cuisine. The olive oil is even produced on site.
