CLIPSE is back. After more than fifteen years, brothers Pusha T and Malice reunite for Let God Sort Em Out, a new album produced by Pharrell Williams, and accompany it with a capsule collection by Carhartt WIP, out July 10.
An expected collaboration, rough and refined, that blends the iconography of the hip-hop duo with that of the most iconic workwear. The palette is reduced to a minimum: black, white and nothing more. The silhouettes are classic, solid, essential. Among the main pieces, an OG Detroit Jacket in black denim stands out with the album title printed on the back and a composite logo on the chest. This is joined by an OG Active Jacket in Dearborn Canvas, white graphics, distorted logos, and a series of t-shirts and sweatshirts with a dry and decisive tone.
Far from any nostalgic effect, the entire project — capsule and album — moves on a plane of stylistic coherence and contemporary tension. The images of the collection, signed by Daniel Derro Regan, were shot in Paris. The capsule will be on sale from July 10 online and in selected stores.
