While Paris is slowly getting its groove back, new hotels are popping up everywhere you look, even more so as Fashion Week is approaching. The latest opening to date: the Château Voltaire, located between the Avenue de l’Opéra and the more confidential Rue de la Sourdière. Under the artistic direction of Franck Durand, Festen Architecture came up with a neo-retro decor as a nod to Paris and its ‘brasseries’, as well as a mix between the 1940s and the legendary cinema of 1970s French filmmaker Claude Sautet.
