Boucheron x The Queen: The Pantone of Desire

The new jewellery collection designed artistic director Claire Choisne was inspired by one of Queen Elizabeth’s fetish brooches, received as a gift from her father in 1944 for her 18th birthday. A collection that presents a clever and versatile design (almost all pieces can be metamorphosed) as well as a gender-neutral approach that stands the test of time without coming up against it. Geometric and audacious. This collection bears witness to the House’s know-how and its ability to revisit Art Deco design while integrating contemporary technology. For the brooch carries a rich heritage, having been purchased from the Boucheron boutique in London in 1937 by the Duke of Kent. Presented on a colour block style à la Courrèges, this first introduction to the collection has left us with the vivid memory of a pantone of desire.
