Although largely inspired by the study carried out by Frenchman Paul Bracq, the M1 was designed by Giugiara, head of the Italian styling bureau Italdesign. He was also responsible for producing the bodywork and assembling it on a chassis designed by Lamborghini. The car embodied a breathtaking modernity for its time, combining the best in racing performance with unprecedented comfort. Outstanding performance, German build quality, Franco-Italian styling and an impressive track record – it basically has it all, which will easily set the starting price at around half a million euros.
