The sharpest among you will remember. In 2019, Berluti completely customized the interior of a 1972 911 Targa. Sold at auction, it was a triumph. Last year, a beach buggy went through the manufacturer. The beach car designed by Bruce Meyer in the 1960s was in turn adorned with the famous Venetian leather, and a dedicated luggage line. Again, big success. In fact, it was expected that Berluti would yet again team up with another member of the cool car culture: the original version of the 1963 Defender. Cherished by collectors, the pick up with an indestructible frame and canvas benefits from a complete refurbishment: not only the seats, but also a host of details, including a fabulous tarpaulin covered with the calligraphic words “scrito“. Pure, robust, timeless, if we turn a blind eye to the price, it is absolutely perfect.
