Bulgari Hotels & Resorts latest luxury gem sees the light. That of the Land of the Rising Sun, as the new Bulgari Hotel is located in Tokyo, more precisely in the Tokyo Midtown Yaesu ultra-skyscraper. Ocuppying from the 40th to the 45th floor area of the building, the hotel overlooks the iconic red brick Tokyo Station, the gardens of the Imperial Palace, and the whole city all the way to Mount Fuji. Once again, the magic touch of this stunning hotel comes from the hand of Milanese architecture super-studio Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, responsible for the distinctive appearance of all eight Bulgari Hotels and Resorts worldwide. They have designed both its 98 luxurious rooms and suites as well as the public areas of the hotel, which is a fusion of Italian lifestyle and local Japanese culture. A spectacle within a spectacle just a stone’s throw from the financial districts of Nihombashi and Marunouchi and Ginza’s exclusive shops and restaurants. Part of the series: Italian style in Japanese sauce. By Germano D’Acquisto
