For the second year in a row, artist Allegra Hicks and Nilufar Gallery join forces during Salone del Mobile 2025 with Napoli Future Nostalgia: a collection that pays tribute to the artistic and historical soul of Naples, a city suspended between the past and the present.

The collaboration is born from a shared devotion to artisanal mastery. The collection features eight pieces – two mirrors, two coffee tables, a console, a chaise longue, a chandelier and a rug – and is enriched by a tapestry inspired by Vesuvius, an eternal symbol of Naples.

All works are handcrafted in Naples using the ancient lost-wax technique. A sense of theatricality pervades each piece: crocheted bronze recurs as a leitmotif, while rich shades of purple and red enhance the tactile and visual impact.

Napoli Future Nostalgia is a poetic meditation on time, material memory and the dialogue between craft and innovation. The sensibility of Allegra Hicks meets Nilufar’s curatorial strength in a collection unveiled at Nilufar Depot starting April 6, 2025.
