Let’s state the obvious: who wouldn’t want to book a trip to Mexico right now? Just in front of the Puerto Escondido beach, on the Mexican Pacific coast, the architect Alberto Kalach created this hotel as a true oasis. With eleven suites and a surprising 1980s flair, this hotel is far from a classical establishment. In fact, it was designed as an eco-farm as well, allowing locals to showcase their culture and educate visitors. From the cuisine to craftsmanship to the furniture, everything was sourced locally. The cherry on the cake: the fabulous round swimming pool!
