Marco Rambaldi meets Twinset. The two brands are united by their land of origin, Emilia Romagna. Marco, in fact, is from Bologna and Twinset is deeply rooted in the territory, rich in manufacturing tradition, of Carpi. In addition to geography, they share deep values such as creative research, respect for craft traditions and sustainability. The theme of the collection starts from the magical hands of Emilian peasant women who used to hand-print festive tablecloths with traditional wooden blocks, using natural colors and representing grapes and vines, fundamental parts of the production cycle of country life. Inside the houses there was also time for hand knitting, for creating crochet hooks and light embroidery with a taste for small everyday things far from glamour, with a childlike, naïf, romantic aspect. The capsule collection is made of single pieces that can be put together and disassembled, and for the knits Marco Rambaldi used the exclusive Treeblend yarn, owned by Twinset. By Flavio Marcelli
