Yukiguma Celebrates its Saké at Karl Lagerfeld’s Former Residence

Paris

On Thursday evening, Yukiguma hosted a unique cocktail experience centred on this ancestral Japanese drink, which remains something of a novelty in France. Created by Nathalie Perrodo, Yukiguma is a saké designed for dining, offering sweet, floral, and fruity flavours of mangosteen, lychee, and persimmon, alongside complex umami notes. Brewed at the foot of Mount Ikoma in Osaka Prefecture using the purest spring water and the finest rice, Yukiguma offers a taste journey in which every sip promises harmony, smoothness, and elegance. It is a dream come true thanks to Daimon-San, master brewer at the esteemed Daimon brewery. Yukiguma, which means ‘snow bear’ in Japanese, pays tribute to Nathalie Perrodo’s father and his love of the mountains.

At the cocktail party, held in Karl Lagerfeld’s former residence and hosted by DJ Inès Mélia, we met Fabrizio Casiraghi, Charlotte de Tonnac, Olivier Leone, Kym Ellery and Yorgo Tloupas, among others.
