Vernissage Biennale de Belleville

Patrice Joly designed the second edition of the Belleville Biennale with the stated desire “to escape the remake without betraying its original principles”. To do this, the curator and his team are broadening the field of possibilities, by multiplying the number of exhibition venues and artistic projects. We will discover the concrete sculpture of Nicolas Milhé, the grove bleached by Vincent Lamouroux in the heart of Buttes-Chaumont, a series of street paintings dotting Julien Lacroix, Rrampeneau and Tourtille streets, a night of lively tableaux, and a swarm of other surprising meetings, all charged with highlighting a district, by inviting the visitor to reflect on the links that a territory maintains with the artists who populate it. Until October 20th.
