Vanity Fair France unveils the 50 Frenchmen who count for it

Before saying goodbye to 2016, Vanity Fair France revealed its ranking of the 50 most influential French personalities in the world, all categories combined. So it was an “all-star” assistance that ended up at the Salomon Hotel in Rothschild. Creativity took the lion’s share of the action in 2016, a fundamental trend marked by the first place on the podium: Christine and The Queens, who overcame automobile magnate Carlos Ghosn. Then follow the artist JR, ballet director and former star Aurélie Dupont or the creators Isabel Marant and Vanessa Seward. President-elect Emmanuel Macron or DJ Kungs, surgeon Françoise Firmin or judoka Teddy Riner, this heterogeneous ranking highlighted the extent of the French Touch on a global scale.
