VAILLANT’s First Physical Show at PFW
Alice Vaillant took over the splendid Hotel Heidelbach at the Musée national des arts asiatiques to present AQUA LOVE, her first physical collection to show at Paris Fashion Week. Alice’s first official line was presented through the contrasting of architectural beauty and a techno music set by DJ Roni and Isabella Koen. The designer wished to celebrate women’s bodies by revealing them in transparency through asymmetrical pieces and straight seams. With lace, sponges and glittering dresses, Alice Vaillant is signing a collection that is as candid as it is promising.
As a young artistic director, Alice Vaillant already manages to surround herself with a highly talented team. She collaborated with TD Kenton on eyewear and with Juliane Courtois who designs jewelry made of glass. A trendy and hybrid wardrobe, that Vaillant dedicates to femininity, in the broadest sense.
