A Bohemian Far West by Isabel Marant
This Thursday, the gardens of Palais Royal metamorphosed into a sandy desert to host Isabel Marant’s Fashion Show. For her Autumn-Winter 24/25 collection, the French fashion designer looks back at the inspirations making the core of her label, blending Far-West tropes with a chic and alluring bohemian spirit.
Garments and accessories, all in a colour palette dominated by ochre and brown hues, are adorned with cowboy fringes, whose oscillating moves leave exposed the true star of the show – the animal print. Inspired by the safari universe and the chic style of the late 70s, this new bohemian woman exudes a refreshing sense of freedom. Natural materials with a rootsy feel meet technical fabrics, the patina of suede skins seems tanned by the sun, and a sun-kissed red spices up the more classic silhouettes.
The show was attended by a crowd of fashionable celebrities including Kelly Rutherford, Ashley Graham, Amiaya, Vassili and Aliocha Schneider, Marie Gaguech…
