In its desire to be open to international and foreign cultures, Le Cœur offers a lifestyle experience of Japan between tradition and modernity, art and design, a night and day exhibition concept that successively brings to life experiences on the ground floor during the day and in the basement at night.
Tradition among traditions, the Japanese karaoke sacrosanct invites visitors to the lower floor of the gallery in the evening. The first room presents a mini bar designed by the young Japanese designer Tsuyoshi Hayashi, inspired by those of the Shinjuku district, while the walls are dressed with reinterpretations of portraits of Araki woman by Maroussia Rebecq, the artistic director of the place. A second piece, finally, extends this Tokyo by night experience in a setting inspired by the iconic Yayoi Kusama.
A whole porgramme between art and celebration, the 100% kawai sound part of which has been entrusted to the Yellow Ghetto collective.
