The Opéra-Comique Took Us on a Voyage to the Moon
On Wednesday, the Opéra-Comique hosted its second gala dinner. The event was held under the theme of “Voyage to the Moon” and aimed at raising funds to support the institution’s artistic and social projects. The theme was translated into a beautiful interior decoration and an illuminated scenography on the theatre’s facade. The evening’s immersive program began with the “Moonlight Prelude” and continued with a performance of Jacques Offenbach’s famous opera by the soloists of the Maîtrise Populaire, conducted by Alexandra Cravero and directed by Laurent Pelly. Before the auction, guests could indulge in a star-studded dinner by chef Alain Passard.
