The Nominee Dinner of the 2025 César Awards at Le Fouquet’s

Fouquet's, Paris

Like every year, artists and professionals of the cinema industry gathered at Le Fouquet’s for the 2025 Nominee Dinner, one of the highlights leading up to the prestigious ceremony of the César Awards on February 28th. The event’s main purpose is to present the nominees with their Nomination Certificates, which indicate the category in which they have excelled this year.

We met Gilles Lellouche, Artus, Benjamin Lavernhe, Hafsia Herzi, Maïwène Barthelemy, Adam Bessa, Malik Frikah, Mallory Wanecque, Souheila Yacoub and many other equally deserving players in French cinema. Bastien Bouillon and Anaïs Demoustier, both nominated for their roles in The Count of Monte Cristo, granted an exclusive interview to discuss the impressive 14 nominations for Matthieu Delaporte and Alexandre de La Patellière’s film.

Guests also received the Nominee Memo, a short guide explaining the proceedings and the best practices to adopt during the 50th edition of the César Awards. Highly anticipated, the ceremony will be hosted by Catherine Deneuve and directed by Cédric Klapisch, who also attended the dinner.

This wonderful moment of conviviality was sublimated by a dinner prepared by Pierre Gagnaire. After this elegant gastronomic evening, all we can look forward to is the official ceremony!
