The Marc Jacobs launches capsule collection with Magda Archer
“My Life is Crap”, “I Hate Art”, “You’re So Good at Making Me Feel Bad”… Magda Archer’s humorous messages have made her a huge success. The British artist, based in London, is known for mixing a pop-kitsch aesthetic with funny phrases often well-anchored in reality. In January, The Marc Jacobs, inspired by music, art and pop culture, celebrates the artist’s work with a collaboration in the form of a capsule collection. The Marc Jacobs x Magda Archer collection was officially launched at Harvey Nichols in London on January 16th, and this week in the brand new The Marc Jacobs boutique in Paris in the presence of the artist and friends of the brand.
