The Futuro Show Takes Over Marché Dauphine
Last night, Marché Dauphine unveiled ‘Futuro Show’, an exhibition-event orchestrated by curator David Herman. Inspired by the theme “the art of entertainment”, it explores the connections between avant-garde and pop culture. In this TV-set-like decor are staged iconic works by antique dealers from the Marché Dauphine, put in dialogue with creations by contemporary artists. Guests will discover an in-situ installation by Mathias Kiss entitled “Watch you Burn”, a selection of original plates taken from the graphic novel Supertanker by JoeyStarr and illustrator Stéphane Levallois, musical, artistic and design works by Moodoïd, a sculptural sound system by Mateo Garcia, without forgetting the already emblematic pieces of designers Amca Oval and Natalia Brilli. Guests could also enjoy a concert of Moodoïd and a festive DJ set by Izzy Lindqwister.
At the launching event, we met Mathias Kiss, David Herman, Mateo Garcia, Stéphane Levallois, Maeva Mellet and many more !
