The Exhibition ‘French Collection’ Wraps Up at the French Center of Design
During Art Basel, the French Center of Design hosted the French Collection exhibition at Artcurial, curated by Kira Hosany. To wrap up this event, a great gala brought together personalities from the Parisian cultural scene around an exceptional artistic programme. Paris Opera Ballet dancer Margaux Gardy-Talazac performed among the design pieces, accompanied by Angelina Rud at the piano, not to mention the saxophone quartet led by Dmitri Ouvaroff, who performed solos tailored to the atmosphere of each exhibition room. The evening continued with a dinner orchestrated by Marlène Hamilton, a meal enjoyed amid the masterpieces of Artcurial’s Selected 20/21 exhibition and sale, including a gigantic canvas by Jean Hélion.
This closing evening was attended by French artists and designers Erwan Boulloud, Pinto, Arik Levy, Zoé Ouvrier, Hauvette&Madani, Nicolas Aubagnac, Angelika Markul, as well as the exhibition partners Plendi by Vinci Construction and Wel Fine Art, representatives from Artcurial, the exhibition’s creative team Karim Ceballos and Olivia Jourde, and prestigious French and international guests: Borina Andrieu, Nicole Guedj, Lela Kavtaradze, Marika Dru, Bella Pia, Olga Ashby, Oscar Ono, Valeria Senkina, Victoria Bodnar, and others.
