The Bvlgari Hotel Pays Tribute to the Enchanting Beauty of the Serpenti Collection
Admired by all the jewellers of Place Vendôme since its creation in 1948, Serpenti remains one of the most emblematic collections of the Italian Maison. Capitalizing on the popularity of cinema in the following decade, the line made its first notable appearance in 1963, when Elizabeth Taylor wore it for her role in the movie Cleopatra. With its iconic wrap design, the Tubogas model was later adapted to more jewellery pieces, turning it into one of the most recognizable designs in the industry. A symbol of resurgence and fertility, but also ruse and temptation, the snake has a fascinating duality. Bringing the Serpenti experience to the next level, the famous Suite 701 was decorated with motifs inspired by the collection. Last night, a splendid cocktail party paid tribute to this iconic design. Held on the hotel’s rooftop, which offers a breathtaking view of Paris, the event brought together Mimi A.R, Nuit Incolore, May Berthelot, Louise Parent, Clara Marz, Caroline Hu, Louise Chen and many more.
