The Art Explora Foundation and CANAL+ Launch The CinéMo, a Travelling Cinema
Expanding on the essence of its famous travelling museums, which travel all over France with artworks, the Art Explora Foundation has teamed up with the CANAL+ Foundation to present a cinematic version: the CinéMo. Launched on Saturday, May 17th, this new travelling cinema will be hosting free screenings to bring the seventh art form to a wider public. Set up in the La Bocca district of Cannes until May 24th, the CinéMo inscribes itself in the context of Famous Film Festival, before moving on to the Communauté d’agglomération du Pays de Grasse, and then Annecy for the International Animation Film Festival, before reaching the Île-de-France region for its first major tour, scheduled from June 25th June to October 11th.
During the official opening, which featured the screening of “Pile Poil”, a short film by Lauriane Escaffre and Yvonnick Muller, we crossed paths with Frédéric Jousset, Ingrid Brochard, Camille Chardayre, Jean-François Aimé, Dimitri Rassam, and many others.
