The 3rd Dry Ball by French Bloom in Collaboration with Le Meurice

Le Meurice, Paris

For its third Paris edition, the Dry Ball took us on a surreal odyssey through a dreamlike universe. With 1 out of 2 French people reporting taking part in Dry January in 2025, partly by moderating their alcohol consumption, French Bloom proved on Saturday that January is the time to reinvent partying at 0.0%.

Behind the façade of the iconic Parisian palace, a passageway to an extraordinary world opened up: a frosted mirror adorned with original illustrations welcomed guests and plunged them into a timeless bubble. Beneath the gilt and crystal chandeliers of Le Meurice Alain Ducasse Restaurant, guests experienced every moment like a scene from a tableau vivant. Soko’s bewitching, intimate performance mingled with the ethereal smoke that swirled around the guests before giving way to the famous DJ, Julia Gautier. Guests were treated to a ballet of savoury dishes and sweet creations by pastry chef Cédric Grolet, including his surreal giant Saint-Honoré and signature fruit, a delicious nod to the evening’s theme.

In a setting inspired by the Salon de la Paix at the Château de Versailles, Grand Siècle elegance blended with French Bloom’s creative modernity. The frescoes and antique mirrors took guests back to the legendary evenings of yesteryear, reinterpreted with today’s spirit, perfectly embodying French Bloom’s vision of conviviality – reinvented, festive, conscious and, above all, free. Guests were invited to try a French Bloom cocktail of their choice, all available in non-alcoholic, low-alcoholic or alcoholic versions.

Surrounded by friends of the Maison, Constance Jablonski and Maggie Frerejean-Taittinger had the pleasure of welcoming some prestigious guests like Jessie Inchauspé, Soko, Pierre Sang-Boyer, Maxime Musqua, Monica de la Villardière, Margot Lecarpentier, Nathanaël Koffi, Pauline Hoarau, Mélodie Vaxelaire, Jerome Sans, Thibaud Crivelli, Pierre Brault, Enzo Le Fort, Nicolas Fleury and Matthias Dandois.
