The 2nd Edition of unRepresented by a ppr oc he
Reflecting the essence of the a ppr oc he fair, unRepresented selects and exhibits emerging and established artists working beyond traditional boundaries. The fair places collectors and major supporters of contemporary art at the heart of the project: exhibiting artists without gallery representation. Thanks to the initiative, they are instead supported and defended by a community of collectors, working together to develop a high-quality artistic proposition based on experimentation with images. unRepresented demonstrates that the collector’s commitment to supporting contemporary art by offering a unique form of participative and unifying patronage encourages discussion and insightful exchanges. Building on the success of its first edition, the fair opens its doors for a second edition at the Molière, Paris, from April 4th to 7th. This year’s exhibition features 14 solo shows and a duo exhibition, a selection of artists sponsored by a community of art lovers, encompassing art collectors, associations and companies. At the opening evening, we met founder Emilia Genuard, alongside Cyrus Cornut, Pooya Abbasian, Clara Chichin, Sabatina Leccia, Martin Désilets, Vera van Almen, Maxime Riché, Christophe Ollivier, Clément Mitéran, Sandra Matamoros, Amélie Labourdette, Nils Guadagnin, Denis Félix, Ingrid Dorner, Frédérique Daubal, Véronique Bourgoin, and many more.
