The 12th Gala Dinner of the Société des Amis des musées d’Orsay et de l’Orangerie
Every year, the Société des Amis des musées d’Orsay et de l’Orangerie holds a gala evening to raise funds for the museums’ collections. In this 12th edition, which also marked the 45th anniversary of the Société des Amis, patrons gathered at the Musée d’Orsay to attend an exceptional dinner and enjoy a private tour.
Welcomed by Jean Louis Milin, president of the association, and Julia Beurton, general administrator of the Musée d’Orsay, guests in attendance had the privilege of discovering “John Singer Sargent. Dazzling Paris” the first monographic exhibition devoted to the American artist in Paris.
During this evening celebrating both the arts and the generosity of its patrons, we had the pleasure of meeting Thaddaeus Ropac, Daniel Templon, Floriane de Saint-Pierre, HRH Prince Pierre D’Arenberg, and many others.
