Templon Gallery celebrates the book “Daniel Templon, a Contemporary Art History”.
On the occasion of its 50th anniversary, the Templon Gallery celebrates the publication of the book”Daniel Templon, une histoire d’art contemporain” by Flammarion, available in bookshops on 28 May.
Both a history book and a collection of interviews, Julie Verlaine’s work traces the trajectory of Daniel Templon and his gallery through half a century of contemporary art history and socio-cultural and economic upheavals.
The launch evening at the Palais de Tokyo brought together, around the great exhibition by Jean-Michel Alberola – represented by the gallery for over thirty years – those who have accompanied and are accompanying Daniel Templon today: artists, institutions, art critics and collectors, personalities from the world of culture and ideas.
