Sonia Rykiel Opens Pop-Up Store In Paris
With Fashion Week in full swing in Paris, Sonia Rykiel opened a stunning pop-up store on the Rive Droite. More than fifty years after the opening of the first boutique in St-Germain-des-Prés, the fashion house called on the Uchronia architectural collective to reinvent its codes. The graphic and colorful world of Sonia Rykiel inhabits every corner of the new space, located on rue Royale. Taking visitors on a journey through the House’s signature inspirations, Uchronia brought a more contemporary and colorful feel to the place. Metal, brushed steel, and to access the “Forever Room”, dedicated to the House’s iconic pieces, a metal mesh curtain. We were there for the launch party and its impressive guest list of talents.
