“Shared Roots”: Ruinart organizes private dinner at the Fondation Louis Vuitton
Ruinart hosted a sparkling evening in Paris with a dinner celebrating their new Grand Cru at the Fondation Louis Vuitton complete with a private tour of the new Charlotte Perriand “Inventing a new world” exhibition. Ruinart president Frédéric Dufour welcomed guests for a dinner celebrating “Shared Roots” at Le Frank restaurant. On the menu? Champagne of course. Ruinart treated guests to a sneak preview of their latest Champagne Dom Ruinart Rosé 2007 with their cellar master Frédéric Panaïotis. The meal was a joint effort from Le Frank’s Jean-Louis Nomicos and Arnaud Donckele of Cheval Blanc Paris and St. Tropez featuring decadent dishes like porcini mushroom cappuccino with chocolate, white truffles, foie gras and black truffle gratin and pigeon. The event brought a chic cultural crowd including Jean-Charles de Castelbajac, Elie Top, Nicolas Ouchenir, Lorena Vergani and more who all enjoyed the delicious meal and feast of art.
