Milan Fashion Week, Day 3: Sara Battaglia presented her Fall/Winter 2019 collection in a nightclub with red neon lights, and the designer herself welcomed guests in an iridescent purple monochrome suit. Her collection, which she named “Honey, bring me home,” played with combinations of bright colors inspired by the audacity and elegance of women in cinema and literature during the 1960s and 1970s. Yellow, orange and red pops of color were arranged into hyper-feminine silhouettes, with opulent fake furs, flared trousers, and slim-fitting jackets. It’s definitely a collection that will please regular customers like Olivia Palermo, Tamu McPherson and Candela Pelizza…
