Hôtel Les Bains opens Roxo, its new restaurant
Big news for Les Bains! The iconic hotel on Rue du Bourg l’Abbée has just opened their brand new restaurant. Called Roxo, the restaurant (and bar) not only comes with a revamped menu but also a brand new atmosphere. For this new projects, Les Bains tapped chef Bruno Grossi, a native from Brazil based in Paris and who has worked with the creme de la creme. His “relaxed, authentic and creative” cuisine are sure to conquer the hearts of the most demanding clients. A plate to feel right at home, Roxo invites you on a journey (“roxo” means burgundy in Portuguese), and so does the bar run by Eric Sablonière. As the restaurant opened this week, Jean-Pierre Marois had invited all his friends to celebrate this new chapter in Les Bains’ history, for a night of celebration and togetherness.
