Reopening of Crédac
The Crédac is moving! After spending 25 years in Jean Renaudie’s old cinema in Ivry, the art centre moved into the Manufacture des Oeillets. To celebrate the event, artist Mircea Cantor is taking over the new space with an exhibition entitled “More Cheeks than Slaps”. A light title for an exhibition that deals with beliefs and ideologies, between the quest for happiness and sometimes disenchanted realism. The video “I decide not to save the World (2011)”, in which a little boy explains in an angelic way that he has decided not to save the world…
