(RE)GENERATION, The Group Exhibit for The Third Edition of The Reiffers Art Initiatives Prize
This week, Reiffers Art Initiatives unveiled the exhibition (RE)GENERATION, which features the work of five young artists competing for the annual endowment prize: Majd Abdel Hamid, Alex Ayed, Clédia Fourniau, Garance Früh et Aïcha Snoussi.
For the occasion, Paul-Emmanuel Reiffers, creator of the endowment fund and President of the Mazarine Group, gathered the entire Parisian art scene to celebrate the artists and announce the prizewinner. This year, the prize goes to Clédia Fourniau, a young painter who graduated from the Beaux-Arts in Paris, and whose beautiful and colourful paintings won over the artistic committee.
During the opening evening, which featured a spirited showcase by Pierre de Maere and cocktails by chef Matthias Marc, we crossed paths with Chris Dercon, Elisabeth von Thurn und Taxis, Sofia Achaval, Guillaume Désanges, Hélène Nguyen-Ban, Elie Top, Juliette Longuet, Edouard Carmignac, Guillaume Houzé, Harry Nuriev, Kiddy Smile…
The exhibition (RE)GENERATION runs from April 26th to June 8th, at 30 rue des Acacias, right by the Place de l’Etoile, and is curated by Vittoria Matarrese, Director of the Bally Foundation since November 2022.
