Sitting front row at Maison Rabih Kayrouz anniversary couture show
This year, the Lebanese designer and Parisian by adoption Rabih Kayrouz celebrates the 20th anniversary of his haute couture house. It was a perfect opportunity to gather his closest friends at his new spring/summer 2020 show, held in the greenhouse of Parc André Citroën. Brightly-colored enveloping dresses, refined lines and solar patterns (sun, eye, stars…) taken directly from the Tarot cards – the designer showed another festive collection full of joy. Despite the Paris heat wave, many guests shared this moment of happiness with Rabih Kayrouz who appeared dancing with his models at the end of the fashion show to Donna Summers’ hit “I Feel Love”. “I am grateful to be able to do what I love for 20 years and sharing this love over all these years with these people,” he explained backstage. The celebrations continued in his workshop on Boulevard Raspail, where the designer organized a big party for his team and clients.
