Prune Nourry presents “Catharsis” at Galerie Templon
Galerie Templon is presenting the first exhibition dedicated to Prune Nourry in its space on rue du Grenier Saint Lazare. With “Catharsis,” the New York-based French artist unveils a new series of sculptures featuring the hybridization of the body, which reflects the artist’s own battle with breast cancer. “Catharsis,” which also presents excerpts from her feature film “Serendipity,” continues longstanding work by the artist initiated over twelve years ago. The opening night drew Annette Messager, Caroline de Maigret, Ludivine Sagnier and Charlotte Le Bon to the gallery. The exhibition is on view from September 7th to October 19th.
