In 1966, Jacques Dutronc celebrated the playboys”dressed by Cardin and put on by Carvil”. Founded in 1952 by Henri Ledermann, the house takes a new breath in 2010 under the impetus of Frédérique Picard, who continues to put on a clientele of loyal fans of timeless shoe models. Franck Charriaut’s turn to join the artistic team, this season, and Carvil’s story passed through the New Wave and an incalculable number of famous feet.
Presented this weekend at colette, the Exotica model was imagined by another Parisian neodandy, Ariel Wizman, who offers this collaboration in two versions: one in alligator and one in python, both black, to the delight of elegant Parisians. Review of the presentation.
