Première Peau: A New Original High Perfumery Maison Launches in Paris
With every new season comes a new signature scent. This summer in Paris, Première Peau sets the tone with the launch of their very first fragrance line. In the works for the past three years, this high perfumery Maison is led by its determined founder, Pierre Mergui, who sees perfume as much more than just a fragrance: it’s a medium and a language in its own right. To bring his concept to life, he called on the services of perfumers Claire Liégent, Grégoire Balleydier, Ugo Charron and Florian Gallo. Each of them brought their own unique touch to this shared vision of authentic, original perfumery. Unveiled on June 17th at the Institut National des Jeunes Aveugles (INJA), the Maison’s very first collection is made up of seven distinct fragrances, seven unique interpretations of the core values of Première Peau.
At the opening, we met founder Pierre Mergui, alongside Claire Liégent, Grégoire Balleydier, Ugo Charron, Florian Gallo, VoguebyMalek, Alyy Space and many others.
