Please! magazine celebrates its “Contest Issue”
Who said that a competitive spirit wasn’t fashionable? Certainly not Please! Magazine who celebrated this week’s its “Contest Issue” with an awards ceremony disguised as a festive party. The magazine’s founder Olivia Da Costa invited her guests to celebrate this new issue with its cover model vice-world champion of bodybuilding Khoudièdji Sidibé and trophies beautifully arranged on a bed of flowers. The magazine invaded the Leon & Harper Gallery for an evening of fun and folly punctuated by a DJ set from AUBRY (aka @aubrywan) followed by live music from the new face of French pop, Thibaut Pez. The cool crowd was in attendance: Alice Moireau, Marissa Seraphin, Alexia Cicard and Philippine Darblay … A lot of “Please Girls” of course, but Sylvain Lewis and Nicolas Dax made sure that the “Please Boys” weren’t left out of the festivities. And the winner for coolest party of the week is …(drum roll please)… Please!
