Pimpan, the Mischievous New Restaurant of the Hotel Dame des Arts
Designed by Raphaël Navot, the Hôtel Dame des Arts has become one of the hottest spots on rue Danton in Saint Germain des Prés for the past two years. What’s more, its roof-top terrace boasts a breathtaking panoramic view, a rare attribute in this area of the city. To upgrade its offer, the hotel has just added a brand new restaurant, mischievously named Pimpan. Resolutely contemporary, its cuisine makes the hotel not just a place to spend the night, but now also an excellent choice for dining. At the inauguration, we met Yorgo Tloupas, Jaydena, Anatole Maggiar, Mamali Shafahi, Dominyka and many more.
