“I Love Paris”: Suzanne Tarasieve presents Juergen Teller at Paris Photo

Ah, Paris! City of love par excellence, it continues to inspire artists of all generations. On the occasion of Paris Photo, the legendary photographer Juergen Teller paid homage to the City of Lights at the Suzanne Tarasieve gallery stand with “I Love Paris”.  In this series, Juergen Teller tells a love story of a Paris that inspires him: bold with Charlotte Gainsbourg, artistic with Isabelle Huppert or Vanessa Paradis, Paris icons with Catherine Deneuve or Charlotte Rampling … Paris is also home to the memory of Agnès Varda, whom the photographer describes as “maternal figure” of the city, and who stands out in a large format print in the collection. It’s impossible to miss this unique rendezvous at Suzanne Tarasieve (stand B14) under the vaults of the Grand Palais during the official opening of Paris Photo 2019. Friends of the gallery made the trip to see the exhibition before continuing the evening at Loft 19 by Suzanne Tarasieve for a celebration surrounded by images of Juergen Teller and other delicacies … Chez Suzanne Tarasieve, “Paris is a moveable feast”!
