Inside the Paris Men’s Fashion Week opening cocktail
Paris is in celebration mode: men’s fashion week began on Tuesday with its 60 fashion shows and 27 presentations on the official calendar. To mark its debut, the Chambre Syndicale de la Mode Masculine organized its traditional cocktail in the courtyard of the Picasso Museum. Jean-Charles de Castelbajac, Lutz Huelle, Chloé Wise, Kiddy Smile, Victoria Feldman and Tomas Berzins all gathered—plus new members to the official calendar like Spencer Phipps (of PHIPPS) and Ludovic de Saint Sernin. After a speech by the Executive President of the Federation of Haute Couture and Fashion, Pascal Morand, and the new President of the Union of Men’s Fashion, Séverine Merle, Argentine artists Maria Sol Muliterno and Eduardo Makaroff kicked off a performance, creating a lively start to this week’s marathon.
