Paris Design Week Factory Closing Party
In the 60s, Andy Warhol used to say of his Factory: “This is the place where you enter anonymously and emerge superstar”. Taking up this idea, Paris Design Week Factory offers new design talents a unique space to express their creativity, in four emblematic locations spread across the Marais district: Espace Commines, Galerie Joseph on rue Froissart, Galerie Joseph on rue de Turenne, and Galerie Ellia. The event is one of the highlights of the Paris Design Week programme, which welcomes over 14,000 visitors, design lovers, and professionals in search of new talent and emerging trends. Candidates had to meet specific criteria: being in the business for less than 5 years, not having participated in two previous editions, and submitting a piece created within the last 18 months. At the closing evening, we met José Levy, Vincent Decat, Andreas Rier, Theo Braghini, Achille Anjoras, Dario Erkelens, Eric Jandar and Arthur Pocheron, alongside Jean-Baptiste Anotin, Thibault Huguet and Mélanie Leroy.
