In Paris, Outsider Art Fair opens its 6th edition
From October 19 to 21, Outsider Art Fair presents its 6th edition in Paris. Located this year at Atelier Richelieu, the fair brings together some thirty international galleries that highlight non-conformist art, sometimes called “marginal art”. While last year visitors could meet the great Maurizio Cattelan, this new edition invites Michèle Lamy for a series of performances. On opening day, one could meet Sydney Picasso, Serena Carone, Sophie Calle or Marc-Olivier Wahler walking through the fair. On the agenda this Saturday is the presentation of the Prix Art Absolument, rewarding two artists presented during the fair from a selection by curator Barbara Safarova.
